Sarah Gibson Yates

Sarah Gibson Yates is a Senior Lecturer in audio-video production and screenwriting and Course Leader for the Film and Media BA at The Cambridge School of Creative Industries, Anglia Ruskin University. Her practice-based research investigates intersections between traditional writing practices and new technologies. Her recently completed PhD, entitled Writing Digital Culture into Young Adult Literature (YAL): a novel and exegesis, explores how social media and other screen technologies have been used as narrative strategies within traditional novel-book-texts.
