Devashree Somani is the co-founder of Zinedabaad—a collective run by brown women and queer folx, committed to creating safe, inclusive and accessible zine-making spaces. As a Trailblazer with Grapevine, they are interested in experimenting with new media. A writer and researcher, they strive to document diverse stories about gender and its various intersections with caste, sexuality and class. While working with research centres, grassroots organisations and people’s collectives, she also curates a quarterly poetry and anthology zine, Kalavaram.
