Biography

Rachel Genn works across Manchester Writing School and the School of Digital Arts. Formerly a Neuroscientist, she has written two novels: THE CURE, (2011) and WHAT YOU COULD HAVE WON published by &OtherStories (2020). She researches immersion and the polyphonic personal and has contributed to Granta, Aeon/Psyche, Leonardo (MIT Press), The LA Review of Books and The New Statesman. She is currently working on three short volumes on the subject of longing, while also creating interactive stories that play with place and voice.
