In this Zoom-based session, hosted by Paper Nations, a creative writing incubator, championing approaches to the art of writing that are inclusive, playful and exploratory, Dr Lucy English looks at the challenges of a creative/digital PhD, finding audiences, and widening the reach of your project. This will be a practical and fun workshop where you will map out your creative journey, share approaches to creative methodologies, find out how to make useful contacts and discover how to write shareable content.

Dr Lucy English’s own PhD project was The Book of Hours, a collaborative online poetry film project created in collaboration with 27 International filmmakers. The Book of Hours was shortlisted for the New Media Writing Prize and individual films have been screened at over 50 short film/poetry film festivals.
